![]() Within two hours of posting the review I received a call from Clearview who promised me an engineer would be out this morning to look at my concerns. Given these concerns, I asked for an inspection to confirm all windows and doors are fitted to FENSA standard and I did not get the courtesy of a response until I posted a review on Trust Pilot. Getting them to respond to emails is difficult and the only time I heard from them quickly is when they sent the bill. The project management was poor - engineers would be sent out without any idea what they were doing, did not turn up as scheduled and tradesman would call me to find out what they should be doing and when. During a rainstorm a few weeks after fitting we had a leak and subsequently found out they had not sealed in 3 of the windows - how can a window company fail to seal windows? When they finally came out to fix this they left their discarded waste in my garden, including an open Stanley knife! Finally there is an issue with the paint on the front door they supplied - it does not appear to be adequately bonded to the frame and chips with the slightest contact. When they installed a front door for us they caused damage to the existing frame and wall and took weeks and weeks to put it right. ![]() I am so disappointed with the service Clearview have provided. However 2 weeks later I have not had an email, call or letter from them. Updated Review CLEARVIEW responded to my review raising concerns about them failing to seal the windows they fitted, the poor customer service and project management and the mess and open Stanley knife they left in my garden by quickly commenting to say how they want to work with me to come to a positive resolution. Clearview have shown be nothing but contempt - be warned if things go wrong after you have paid them they have no interest in fixing it or making amends. Surprise, surprise one month later they have not provided this even though they are obliged to do so by law. Apparently a guy called Richard told the person helping me that they were treating me ‘as per the terms and conditions.’ I’ve read the terms and conditions and it doesn’t say anywhere that they would fail to seal half the windows they fitted or send the wrong part 3 times, costing my 3 days annual leave! To help me decide on my next steps I asked clearview to send me all off the personal information they process about me - emails, invoices, order forms etc - and they agreed to do so. No matter which display you choose, ClearView will help you get a better understanding of how well your system operates.Further Update After the latest I received a number it calls from clearview who unfortunately were not able to satisfactorily address my concerns. This program works best for the truly dedicated system tweakers and administrators. The System View helpfully displays information using the standard file-tree format. The Stamp View uses color bars for a display more concerned with saving desktop space than providing detail. The Pulse Points and Detailed View screens contain the most comprehensive information, but novice users won't be familiar with many of the terms. A histogram view was also popular to view data over the previous 30 minutes. Information is displayed by needle-and-dial gauges, and a short graph. Main Display was a tester favorite with its automobile tachometer look. Options to change refresh speed and history length are easily selected and implemented from the default display. ![]() The various displays accurately reports the same basic information, CPU usage, disk speed, memory used, and network speed, but with very different presentations. ClearView's unique interface is a collection of displays designed to fit any number of user preferences and situations. See your system's status at a glance, any number of ways, with this multithemed viewer. ![]()
